i would like to have some clarification because i don't understand why this happens. So i have 2 charbooks in 60 min charts. in one charts with USDX or any pair or market that operates in a 24/5 day period the charts has the one hour candle in the correct time scale which means at every hour i have a new candle. in the other chart with a futures symbol, and i tried with every type o f contract from None to Date rule rollover back adjusted , volume adjusted i have new candles at one hour 15 Min and one Hour and 30 Min. I saw that this change happens from the last candle of the close and the first candle of NY equity hour open. Why can't i have a scale like in USDX that has the 24 hour period divided in 60 min candles? |

You can, it's just a matter of setting your Session Times the way you want. You would need to have the Start Time be on the hour to have candles that start on the hour.
