If I have Service Package 10 - Integrated Standard Packet do I have access to the TPO ? Or do I need Service Package 11 - Integrated Advanced ? Is the Denali Feed activated for me ? Thanks |

In order to get the TPO you need to be on the Advanced Package. As far as the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you are not setup with any exchanges active, therefore you are not getting any real-time data from us. What the exchanges for which you want real-time data? Note that for the CME Group data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
