Hello I wanted to reactivate my account which I haven't used for a long time so I forgot a few things.
My English isn't that good, so I wanted to repeat what I understood from your posts.

1) First make a payment ? I wanted to ask there, will the old service package be reactivated automatically when I have money in my account? because I wanted to choose another

2) i would like to use the eurex data access and a future continuous chart. Because I want to look far into the past with clean candles, standard package 3, which I used to have, does not offer enough historical data. That's why I have to select at least package 10 (denali exchange data feed) because that's where the historical data is available, with which I can then call up the future continuous chart on the platform in the settings?

3) before i used package 3 i only had to pay eurex fees 26$ ? now i have to pay denali exchange data feed package 10 + eurex fees ?

1. You need to make a payment and choose a service package. Refer to:

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

On the displayed webpage, click on "Activate Services".

Or you can also go to this page in your browser:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update/Set" button.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit

For further information, refer to:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Renewing Access

For now we have reactivated the trial for your account for two weeks so your Sierra Chart account is active.

2.
Service package 3 is fine if you do not need real-time EUREX data. Do you need real-time EUREX data?

3.

3) before i used package 3 i only had to pay eurex fees 26$ ? now i have to pay denali exchange data feed package 10 + eurex fees ?
Yes if you require real-time EUREX data.

no, i don't need any realtime data for the moment, only in 6 weeks. I just understood it that because of the future continuous charts that I have to use, I have to activate package 10 because package 3 is cqg data feed and which does not provide me with clean historical data. At least that's how it used to be that I couldn't look back more than 2 months with clean candles in the future eurostoxx50 and there I had package 3. Can you tell me what I need?

First of all, it is still the case with CQG data that you can not get historical information. In addition, with version 2394 and above, you can not bring in CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart.

Second, since you do not need real-time data for right now, we recommend using Package 3 which will cost $26.00 per month, along with our Delayed Streaming Data.

The Delayed Streaming Data acts like real-time data but is delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange). The data is free as long as you have an active subscription to any of our packages. For more information on our Delayed Streaming Data, refer to the information here:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

---

Then, when you are ready to start trading live, you can switch to Package 10 and activate the EUREX exchange. When this time comes, follow through the instructions at the following link to get setup:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges*

Note that you need to be on one of the Integrated packages (Packages 10, 11, and 12) in order to be able to connect to your trading account and to get our Denali data. Refer to the information here:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages

first of all thanks for the explanations. But i have to use the future continuous chart in the demo and the historical data so that I can see levels that are for example 6monath or 1 year back from the future eurostoxx50 so in this case what I understood is that I have to activate the exchange denali data feed which is package 10 ?

You can create a Continuous Futures Chart with the delayed streaming data. Therefore, we recommend the information we gave previously, which is to use Package 3 with our delayed streaming data until you are ready to trade live, at which time you will need to change to Package 10 and setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your real-time data.
