Hello, I paid for 2 additional connections expecting a total of 5. Still getting MaxConnectionsForSameDevice = 3, connection limit exceeded. Here's is the log: SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsForSameDevice = 3, NumCurrentConnectionsForSameDevice = 4 | 2022-08-07 23:35:52.942 Does the service take time to activate? Also, is the number of connections per computer still limited to 3 (i.e the two additional connection can only be used on a second computer?) Thank you! |

You cannot have four connections from the same device. Yes this is correct: (i.e the two additional connection can only be used on a second computer?)

Thank you! In that case, can I get a refund for the two additional devices I purchased? I do not have a second computer to run 4th and 5th connections from.
