We need to see the entire log from the installation. Please go through the process again and when it fails, then select the button in the top right for "Send Log to Support". Then post in this thread and let us know that you sent the log.

Also problems with downloading current prerelease all day today. Stuck at crashreporter.exe few times so canceled

We made certain all of the files are on the server. We are not able to reproduce this problem. Try again. Stuck at crashreporter.exe few times so canceled This means that the larger Sierra Chart executable file is being downloaded. Wait. In your case try the "Europe" server through the "Region" selection.
