order fill acting weird

Hi, when i place an order say a buy order, the stop loss moves way down more like 3 times the target, and when i place a sell order nothing happens, the order just stops or disappears, and a loss of -12.5 adde to my npl. What is going on? Regards, Telema |

No. From our perspective is hard for us to understand exactly what the issue is. Is this with live trading? The first thing is to verify all of the order types, and price offsets for the Attached Orders. Make sure everything is it shows it should be. i use a pre-set orders, and it does happen for es mini, and not for cl; and when i drag my stop loss closer to my target, it jumps back to where it was before. all my settings are the same, transfered all my settings from an old computer to a new one. my pre-set order settings are not working for me. (1.) this is an example of my pre-set order: 19 target and 12 stop, when i place a trade, it goes to 12 target and 34 stop; please help. (2)When i place a buy order it automatically rejects the order, same for a sell order, and sometimes reverts back to 1 above |
