Horizontal line/Modify text - How to adjust Font size?

hello for some reason my text has gone huge I draw the horizontal line study then i select modify text to add a note on that line like i always do But when i write here, theres no place to adjust the font size. Where can i do this?? |

For drawings where you can not select the font size (like Line or Horizontal Line) then the font is controlled on the Tools >> Tool Settings window under the entry for General >> Global Chart Drawing Font.
