cannot connect to trading service

recently switched to level 10 w Denali data ran for 2 weeks = ok with CQG trading service
read that i shud notify Amp that switched when i did they shut off CQG data
& charts stopped...

then I switched to SC all services in the trade service tab
said YES to edit & translate symbols = OK with charts

tried to test trading service by switching from SIM trading[green] to Live trading [yellow]
and 3-4 times in a row it would not execute with CQG? with anybody & switched back to Sim trading
& executed there.
What can I do -inquires to Amp say to check with Sierra

what's next find a new trading service??

You also need to activate the exchange that you need here:

And the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Current Selected Service in Sierra Chart in your case needs to be set to CQG Web API.

this solution does not appear to work for me
CQG WebAPI does NOT produce charts -
all data stops on the day they cut CQG data off = 7-22-2022

then I switched to SC all services in the trade service tab
said YES to edit & translate symbols = ---------------> OK with charts

but charts don't execute in live trading-just kicks me back to SIM trading
to complicate matters I just updated to current version 2419 64 bit


AMP doesn't support Teton - so, I am out of luck with that....
don't see the need for Denali if i can't trade it....
if i don't use Denali - can i go back to pkg #3??

So i figure that getting AMP to restart CQG data is my solution.
unless you can see a way around this...I need CQG WebAPI to trade - right?

looks like your advice did fix it!!!!

did not have any money in acct to pay for exchange fees - because the month had changed
