I am trying to add usage time, however there is no option for Credit card payments. Only Pay with Bitcoins, Paypal, and alternative bank methods.

We had trouble with the world pay service. With PayPal you can pay with a credit and debit card and not open a PayPal account. We are going to get world pay working again today.
