I do not trade from the web interface but I use it for monitoring positions. I recently started receiving this error regarding data connection failure. I've tried resting but I keep getting the error..

Disregard the "Data" connection. That is true there is an issue with that. We will take care of that but the Trading connection is still working. The trading connection is what is needed.
