I am setting up a new computer with new charts 1. How do I change the background color? 2. On a 30 min chart I go to chart settings, candlesticks, apply but get no candles. I did the same thing for the daily chart and it came right up. I have looked at a lot of documentation and can't find the anser although it has to be simple. Thanks, Carol |

Thanks! On the image and the 30 minute chart I just needed to wait for the chart to download and since it hasn't loaded before on this computer it is taking awhile. |

I've read help topic 38 but can't find the window control panel so I can change the setting for daylight savings. I'm in MDT and I put in eastern-New York but it has me 3 hours difference and it should only be two. |

You need to right-click on the Date and Time you see on the Windows taskbar your system desktop, to access the Windows date and time settings. your computer can be set to any time zone and time, as long as they match. getting new charts set up--the daily charts are loaded but the 30 minute charts since early morning are still saying waiting o download historical data. I've called Interactive Brokers and everything is correct on their end. API is enabled and I have the correct JAVA loaded. some of the 30 minute charts have data just not the current data according to the daily charts. Some of the new 30 minute charts haven't loaded int he past 2 hours I've been trying to get them up. I have rebouted one time. |

I still can't get the 30 minute charts to load up when I put in a new symbol. The Daily chart loads immediately. Could it have something to do with this being a new computer? Doesn't seem to me that would be an issue but can't figure out why the intra-day charts are so slow to load or don't load at all. I would appreciate an answer today so i can be ready to trade tomorrow. Thanks, Carol |

Go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the 2 Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download settings, to 15. Press OK. After this, go to any Intraday chart that has missing data and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Let us know if you need more help. in the maximum historical intraday Days to download box my options are non-tick data and I can go from 0 to --I'm up to 8500 and can go higher Is 1 increment 1 day? it was set on 186 which is what the 1-Tick Data is set to. |
