Hello, I would like to create own ALERT MANAGER Window which would e.g highlighing rows with special text, bigger text for some alert etc. I see that alert manager using "LOG" to get text value presented in manager. Is this log available for user so i can use text values in own alert manager? Best Regards Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-07-28 12:56:48

One thing you can do is save this data to a file: General Settings Window: Save Alerts Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log) You can then read it from another program and do what you require. We are going to add some additional fields of information to this file to include information about the source chart in a more direct format. Yes the saving is done automatically. That setting when enabled will automatically save each new alert line to the file. And that Alerts Log file is contained within the Logs Subfolder in the Sierra Chart installation folder. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. The Alert Log sometimes does not display what is being displayed in the Alert Manager and other times it works fine. The output from Alert Manager is loaded into Notepad by doubleclicking the most recent file in the Logs folder. |

We are not understanding that screen image you provided. We will make sure that no alerts are missed from the Alert Log files, but that really would not make sense but we will check it anyway.
