I can not connect to data feed

I recently opened sierra chart and I cannot connect to data feed. I have package 5 and it worked previously. I use CQG for real time data feed. I tried switching to package 10 with denali data feed, and it connects, but it does not support number bars. I have reverted back to package 5. I get a message "Service package does not support this function or account is expired". Has something changed that I have missed? Your help is appreciated Regards, |

This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days. After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.
