Hello, I stopped using SC for about a month and after renewed my licence the numbers bars indicator is not working anymore. The message log is telling me "Service Package does not support this function or account is expired" and then "To restore the chart, remove this study". What can I do to fix this. Back then when I started using SC I have had no problems with numbers bars. What can I do to fix this ? I will send the messag log via. SC. regards Jeremy Galbarski |

Hey, I renewed my license yesterday and somehow I have got the same problem again and are not able to fix it. I didnt want to open another thread in the support board so I am just going to ask here again. Could you change my packet again ? Currently your Service Package is 10. We are changing it to 11 now which is required to use the Numbers Bars study.
