Problems with live trading

It's impossible to switch into live trading. The only possible options I have are "trade simulation mode on" and "trade locked". Trade service log says "Trade Activity flies query time" and nothing happens. What can I do?

You will want to uncheck both of those options. Refer to: Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes And you want to make sure Sierra Chart is set to be connected to your Trading service. Are you using CQG? Sierra Chart is set to be connected to my trading service. Simulated trading mode works however non-simulated trading mode doesn't. AMP confirms everything is ok on their side as well. I can't place an order live. It's impossible to switch into live option. What should I do to unlock live trading?
