hello everyone. I have been searching through posts but really im confused.can someone please tell me what services do i need for my trading? i only trade us30 and i want real time(not delayed) footprint,dom,delta,volume and tpo profile. except service package 5 which i want to active do i need to buy anything else or not? if yes what is the most afordable to active or buy? thanks a lot Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-07-21 09:03:21

thanks for reply. i forgot to say that i only need sierra platform and data for my analysis and my trading platform and broker will not be sopported or connected to sierra. and yes i need real data(not delayed) |

We need to know if you are looking for the CFD data for the US30, or if you are wanting the Dow Jones Industrial Average futures? The futures are traded on the CBOT exchange within the CME Group. But, in order to get the data from the CBOT (or any of the CME Group exchanges) at the non-professional rate, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. To begin with, if you want real-time futures data, then you will have to pay for it. The only real-time data that does not have a cost is CFD and FOREX data. We really recommend using our Delayed Streaming data while on the trial, as the data acts like real-time data, so you can get used to using the system without having to pay for real-time data. Whenever you want to switch to real-time data, you will need to be on one of the Integrated Packages and then setup the data you want. For the CME Group data, you will need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software for verification, in order to get the data at the non-professional rate. This is a CME Group requirement, not ours.
