I'm not getting real time data for $NASX. I have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Features and Exchanges signed and paid for with Equities. I have the Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds checked. I can get the most recent price activity if I disconnect and reconnect the data feed, but price activity does not update when I stay connected.

$NASX is an Index, not a stock. Therefore it is not part of the U.S. Equities exchange, but rather is part of the NASDAQ Indices exchange. To get this symbol in real-time, you need to subscribe to the NASDAQ Indices that is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You can add this exchange at the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#Exchanges If you do not need the U.S. Equities exchange, then you can deactivate the exchange from the same page. You will continue to have data available through the end of the month, since you have already paid through that time.
