SC not connecting to my data feed

I had not been trading for a while after running my AMP balance below threshold. Just added funds to AMP and extended SC for 6 months. AMP says account is enabled for CQG but SC will not connect. Any idea if this is an issue on SC side? and if so how to correct? Message from SC on connect is: "Connect to Data Feed|Service Package does not support this function or account is expired."

This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days. After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.
