We see that you are using CQG - and we have not yet made the FTX data available when using CQG (it's a symbol updating thing). If you want to get the data now, you would need to install a second Sierra Chart and leave the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. You will then see the FTX available in your Find Symbol window (you will then open that section and then select the search button to see all the available symbols).
