We are not sure exactly what the problem is that you are having. What exactly is different and how is it different?

If you are having an issue with the software update, then run the update again and when it completes with an error, select the button in the upper right corner for "Send Log to Support". Then let us know that you sent the log.

Yes we need to understand what exactly the data issue is. You can post an image of a chart and then provide an explanation. Instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#PostingAnImage

We also see you have two different installations of Sierra Chart. And one of them is on the desktop. That is wrong. You cannot run Sierra Chart from the desktop. You will have issues with that in our experience.

Install Sierra Chart only into this folder:
C:\SierraChart\

And only run the Sierra Chart installed into that folder. Not the one on the desktop.
