Spreadsheet Study Alert - Location Issue

I followed the instructions below creating simple alerts with True, False or a Value (alert should appear in the location of the price of alert?) in various columns K-M but I am unable to get the alert symbol to display directly above/below the bar. Alerts appear in a straight line at the top or bottom of the highest or lowest bar in the chart window. Any ideas? See attached example from your documentation. The Orange arrows are the only output I can get trying the various methods mentioned above.

Looks like there's a combination of T/F or Value in various columns that prevents signal from appearing in correct location. I removed all and entered a single alert and can get it to appear where it should.

Keep in mind that a "signal" is any value other than zero (0). The particular item that is being drawn will be drawn at the value of the cell (alert), as long as you have not chosen a drawn style that uses a different value (such as "Point on High"). Therefore, you have to make sure that the result of your formula is the value where you want the arrow to be drawn. If you are not using the Spreadsheet System for Alerts, then we would need to know what you are using.
