footprint chart not loading properly

HI, I have started to use Sierra Charts again after months of not using it. I opened my chartbooks and everything loaded fine except for my footprint charts. The calculated values table at the bottom and candles are not loading even with using different symbols. Current using Bitmex BTC-USD perp. Only thing different from before is im using Package 10 instead of 5 not sure if that is anything to do with it. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=165804314849.png Thanks |
