Limited Historical Intraday Data with Rithmic/Denali/Teton

Hello, I am using Denali/Teton with Rithmic and it appears that my historical intraday data is limited to about 302 days. This is for ES (I have not checked other symbols as this is my main instrument). Both in my chart and in my data/service settings I have the days set to at least twice that number. I was wondering if there are any additional steps I need to take, or something I might be missing. I have checked the docs but did not see anything obvious. Thank you. |

For life-cycle of single contract, that sounds correct, otherwise you might want use 'Continuous Contract': Continuous Futures Contract Charts |

Thanks very much. That link (Historical Intraday Data) resolved the issue. I had done everything already except step #7 -- that step in particular is what did it for me. Posting here for others in case they run into the same issue.
