I would contact the brokers in this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/OtherSitesLinks.php see if any of them accept customers from India. I believe IronBeam, Dorman and Phillip Capital are FCMs not IBs (I could be wrong), pleas be aware that not all the brokers in that link support Teton. Also, you might want to confirm with your local banks whether you are able to wire transfer fund (in and out) between your bank and a US financial institute, and whether the service fees for wire transfers are acceptable (you will be charged service fees from both of your local bank and any US financial institute).
