I am having trouble running Sierrachart on Parallels through my Macbook. I am able to download the program with no issues however, I am being barred from using the greater majority of the studies. The log states that it may be due to anti-malware software. I've tried a couple of work arounds found in the forums here to no avail. I just tried to download the most current version but was hit with a collection of errors. I sent the log to support for review. Please help. Thanks, Aaron Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-07-14 14:54:18

Is your MacBook a M1 or Intel based? What windows version did you install in Parallels? For Sierra Chart program alone, I am very confident that CrossOver is the best option (followed by Linux), unless you have to run other Windows programs that don't work with CrossOver. Your Installer Log shows the following: Failed to create folder: \\Mac\Home\Desktop\DownloadedInstallationFiles\ACS_Source\. Windows error code 5: Access is denied.
Refer to the following, but keep in mind that since you are running an emulator, so you could have deeper issues: Software Download: Resolving 'Access is Denied' Errors You can also try using the Zip Installer, which can be found here: Software Download: Sierra Chart Zip Installer Then you would need to check if your Anti-Virus software is removing (or blocking) the file "SierraChartStudies_64.dll" which is located in the main Sierra Chart installation folder.
