Hello, I have been able to confirm the data feed from CQG to Rithmic, now get an error message in Sierra Chart. I entered the data correctly, but I can't get a connection. My account name is karben. I contacted AMP support, they referred me to Sierra Chart Support as there is no error found with AMP and Rithmic. Best Regards |

Since you are getting a "Permission Denied" error with Rithmic, that means that either your Username or Password for Rithmic on the Data/Trade Service Settings, is incorrect. You will need to ask your broker about this as we do not have any information related to your Rithmic account.
