Hi, I upgraded to the latest version last night. I'm on version 2414, revision 42821. This morning, I placed trades on my platform. My chart showed open positions, but, when I opened the trade window for the chart, no positions were shown as open. Test 1 For testing, I switched to SIM to eliminate the possibility of a strange broker issue. On SIM, I placed a buy order. The order does not show up on my chart or the trade window, but it does show in the trade activity log. I closed the order by selling the equivalent number of contracts. Test 2 I opened another long position. Again, nothing showed up in my chart or the open trade window. However, the position was shown in the trade activity log. Instead of selling to close, I used the flatten feature. I received an error message: Unable to Flatten, position does not exist. I should note that the only thing I did differently was to upgrade to the latest version. My chart configurations have not changed. I have Chart Trade Mode on, Show Order Fills selected and Show Orders and Positions selected. Attached are screenshots of the two tests. The first entry shows the closed position of test 1. The second shows the open entry of test 2. |
