Hello 2 days ago a random open position appeared on my sim chart, as shown by a green line across the screen showing 1 position opened at a given price. The position has no TP or SL associated with it. I am unable to flatten or cancel the position. The position is only there when the chart is in trade simulation mode, when live trading the line is not there. I did not open any position, this line just appeared by itself. I have tried deleting the charts affected (it only affects the VWAP charts) and re loading but the line just comes back. I have also created a new chartbook and once again when in simulated trading mode the line reappears. I would be most grateful for your help in erasing this line. Kind Regards Chris |

The first thing we want you to do is to update to the latest release. We had an issue awhile ago where an order would keep reappearing, and we want to make sure that you are on a version that does not have this issue. Thank you. I have followed your instructions, clearing the trade activity for the sim account and the symbol in question. I can see that the activity has been cleared in the trade activity log. There is now just one activity type showing . Under order/action source, its says flagging to reload trades. The green line is still there. Thank you Chris |
