Issues with Depth of Market

I am having the following issues with the DOM:

1. I've set "Number of Decimal Places for Market Depth Quantities" to 0 but the DOM is still displaying the full amount of decimals.

2. Recent Bid/Ask Volume, and Current Traded Bid/Ask Volume do not appear on the DOM.

1. That setting only affects the Market Depth Window (File >> Market Depth Window). It does not apply to the DOM.

We will check on whether it is intended to also apply to the DOM with the engineer that implemented it.

2. The columns are there, but we do not know why you are not getting any information in them. You can verify the columns are displayed by either adding Titles or the Column Separator lines.

We are getting the data updating in the columns as expected for that symbol.

Check to ensure that the setting for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Hide Volume Numbers From Current Traded Volume Columns is set to No.

1. Ok I understand. This is quite necessary for the crypto market due to each price level having various decimal places that are unaligned.

2. I've narrowed down the issue to "Tick Size" settings. The additional column values appear if I set the tick size to the default settings, but disappear if I modify it.

1. That did the trick thanks.
2. ETHUSDT_PERP_BINANCE. I've tried it out with BAKEUSDT_PERP_BINANCE and there was no issue.

And I've come across a few more issues related to the topic:
3. Sierra Charts periodically stops updating new data and then works again after a few minutes. I've tried to "delete all data and download" but that doesn't alleviate the issue either. I've never experienced this before and has only started happening when I began to use the Trading DOM.
4. When I increase the tick size to aggregate the levels, the other columns (Current Trade Volume, Recent Trade Volume, etc.) no longer present any values.

3. This is usually going to be a problem with the source data feed from Binance, which we are aware of and we are looking into solutions from our side.
