my chart book does not work i tried to open it in sierra chart and i got this message the chartbook file is not compatible. Contact sierra chart support for help with converting it |

Thanks. I have a question. Why do we need to convert the chartbooks. Is it because of update of sierra chart itself ? Or is the files corrupt damaged? And do we need to contact sierra chart always when this happens or can we do it ourselfs? Just curious. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-07-12 18:43:30

It's just when moving from an older release to the more recent releases. We have made extensive changes to the chartbook files, so you can not always open them directly in the newer version.
