to get real-time data for gbp and euro futures I have to get package 11 (46 dollars + 11 dollars for CME = 57 dollars) and also open an account with AMP?

The answer is "Yes", but you don't specifically have to open an account with AMP. Any broker that supports the Teton Order Routing Service, CQG, or Rithmic can be used, as well as Interactive Brokers. But the general issue of needing to have a trading account in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rate applies.
