If you have enabled the option on the Heikin-Ashi study to Display as Main Price Graph, then when you add a Moving Average and leave the Based On set to Main Price Graph, then the Moving Average will be based on the information from the Heikin-Ashi study. But, if you do not have the option for Display as Main Price Graph, but just have the Heikin-Ashi displayed, then you would need to set the Moving Average Based On setting to be for the graph that you want (either Main Price Graph or Heikin-Ashi).
