1. You are not on a Service Package which includes the Denali Data Feed. 2. You are running an out of date version of Sierra Chart. You need to update: Software Download: Fast Update 3. Regarding connecting to CQG: This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days.
After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services. Now i have data feed from amp, but why my platform is freezed. AT amp they see iam conected.. :) thanks for help :)

In newer versions of Sierra Chart the market data must come from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
