Hello, I am using Trail version and downloaded a DOM template. when I open DOM I only see Recent Bid and Ask. is there a way to see pending positions on ask and bit level. such as this. https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=SupportBoard&download=66683 thanks

You need to have the correct columns. In particular, the Bid Size/Ask Size columns, or the combined Bid/Buy and Ask/Sell columns. Hello, I might have not explained properly before. when I say pending orders (im not talking about placing the pending orders ). what i mean is when you can see the orders near bit and ask to be filled in the DOM (orders from Other Big Players). im new to this so sorry for bad explanation. i have attached the images showing the difference between the DOM of there user and Mine. please have a look :)

We understand what you are looking for. The first thing to check is that you have the correct columns displayed, as we noted before. Also refer to the following information: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels But, the bigger issue right now is that your account is now expired, so you will not be able to get any data into the system. You will need to select a paid package if you want to get any new data into the system. If you want to to continue with the delayed data, then you can use one of the "Base" packages.
