Hello, I have a small problem with the DOM.
Everytime the bid/ask is changing, it's resetting when it is not activated.
this was not the case before I followed this procedure : Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Improving Performance Of Chart / Trade DOM

I have to use the Current Bid/Ask to see the total traded at each level. cf attached screenshot.

Is there a way to go back to normal. Installing a new instance of SC did not fix the problem. I found it weird.

If its not possible, is there a way to highlight best bid/ask box as it is on the recent Bid/ask but for the Current Bid/ask ?

Sorry english is not my native language.

Check if you have the following set to Yes:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Clear Current Bid/Ask Volume on New Position (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)

If it is set to No, then when are the values resetting?

We do not have a way to have the Best Bid/Ask in the Current columns, just in the Recent Columns.

Hi John,
thank you for your answer.

Clear Current Bid/Ask Volume on New Position (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings) is set to NO

I made a little gif to show you how it's resetting. Compare with Current traded Bid/Ask, you'll see.

Thx/

The columns that are resetting must be your "Recent Bid/Ask" columns. Check how you have the settings for Trade >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change and Trade >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Recent Bid Ask Volume Timeout in Milliseconds.

Refer to the information for these settings starting at the following link (and the one below it):
Global Trade Settings Windows: Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)

The columns that are resetting must be your "Recent Bid/Ask" columns > Yes it is

I never touched those options...

Trade >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change is set to NO

Trade >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Recent Bid Ask Volume Timeout in Milliseconds is set to 0

Edit 2 : I even formatted my computer and installed again a new instance of SC and it's still doing the same.

The recent bid and ask volume columns will reset automatically no matter what the settings are set to.

What you are really interested in are the Current Traded Volume columns:
