Hello
Could you tell me which service plan I need and how much to pay to continue
with the simulator product, the same as the free trial.
I am also having trouble opening the charts after downloading the software.
Hoping you can help with this. Screenshot attached.

If you are going to use the Delayed Streaming data with our Trading Evaluator service, then you would one of our Base packages (package 3 or 5) depending on your indicator needs. Refer to the information on these packages here:

With regards to the software update, we see you are on a MAC, and typically the issue is related to the path to the data, which our installer does not understand. We recommend using our Zip installer instead. Refer to the information here:
