Small issue with objects and symbol change

I've noticed this a few times recently with objects. Changing symbols seems to change the order of objects overlaying on others. One image clearly shows the borders of the small, inner rectangle. After a few symbol changes, and coming back to this, it seems to get hidden within the background larger rectangle

If you are referring to Chart Drawings, the order in which they will display, will be based upon the order in which they are listed in Tools >> Manage Chart Drawings Window.

That's the thing, these are all linked via the 'Copy Chart Drawings by Chart#' function.. and the Chart Drawings do display in the correct order until symbols are changed, then changed back again, the order is muddled up.

If you have the charts that are showing this issue then please attach a chartbook that has these charts so we can take a look at them. Refer to the following for how to post a chartbook:

Attached is the chartbook, and screenshots of the contents. Two charts only, one object on each and the issue is very clear.

Since there is a rectangle in each chart, we would expect that the rectangles would display different in each chart. Basically, the copied drawings are drawn first, then the drawings for the actual chart. Therefore, we do not see any issue with what you are seeing.

Additionally, you have each chart listed for itself in the copy Chart Drawings To setting. In other words, you have for both charts listed "1, 2", so both charts have themselves listed. We are not saying that this is causing an issue, but it could. We do not recommend listing the chart itself in this list.

So that is the real issue, which completely contradicts the hierarchy within Tools >> Manage Chart Drawings Window

Charts listing for themselves .. this should be coded for already because of three obvious reasons:

1) Multiple instances/CBs with 100s of charts in them... what would be the point to individually omit the chart window's number?
2) Duplicating charts and CBs... why would chart number itself play any role in this other than a global linking for the drawings?
3) It doesn't actually have any effect regarding the hierarchy, so why would a user do the extra work?

Therefore I suggest these two things as minor feature updates, just for consistency. Users can work around them obviously, but to be the best charting software available, the input:reward ratio is minimal for you guys!

The duplicate number is not the issue. The issue is simply that each chart has 1 drawing apiece. Therefore, they are respecting the order in the Manage Chart Drawings window, as each chart is drawing that particular drawing last.

The suggestion for the individual chart number is just to ensure there is not another issue that could be caused by that.

There is only one time each object is drawn. For consistency, this should be reflected across charts, not just per chart.

Chart number issue - yes agree with the possibility of more issues, but if you understand my points 1,2,3 above, you will see it's an absurd ask for a user in many scenarios.
