Some charts will load only 5 days of data

Hello, i started using SC again this weekend and i opened my previous chartbook, updated to current ES contract and i found out that some charts are loading years of data, while some other charts are only loading 5 days of data. (I tried duplicating the chart that is loading years of data and do another study i.e market profile there but it gave me once more only 5 days. I looked it up in the TPO Chart settings but i couldn't find anything that would limit my data entries, and in any case i also have an hourly candlestick chart that is also loading only 5 days of data. I would need at least the TPO chart to go back a least one year back. Please see attached scrrenshots and i am sorry if this is a stupid question, i am still getting around the platform after not using it for a while. Ok the problem is you are using data from Interactive Brokers. Do you want to obtain data from Interactive Brokers? I would like to use the data from IB if possible, because it is them whom i have an account with; i know there are some complications with pairing IB system with SC, but i used to do it a year ago and it worked just fine. Therefore if you could give me an option about what settings i should modify in order to get the feed from IB it would be awesome. If not, maybe there is an option to get data from Denali but still execute my trades with IB through your platform? I am sure it worked just fine about a year ago so the settings should be fine, i guess |
