I am overlying OBV indicator with MA line from chrt2 to chart1, when I Replay the chart1 the OBV and the MA line are changing 2-3 bars back. Included 2 screenshots #1 is the replay chart, #2 is the same chartbook in another instance, for example on the Replay chart on 13:51:34 the OBV line is above the MA line, but on the other instance on same chart the OBV line is below MA line. We are not sure exactly what you are seeing or if there is an issue, but the thing to keep in mind is that the overlay is going to be done based on the times of the chart bars. Since you are using Range Bars the times between the charts is quite different. Therefore the Inputs of Data Copy Mode and Bar Time Matching Method in the Study/Price Overlay are very important. You will need to look at how those are set in comparison to the data and understand how the information is being overlaid.
