I've signed all the data agreements and I am trying to connect Rithmic, but I keep receiving "historical download skipped" message when I try to load up my charts. Can you please look at my account, to see what I need to do to get connected.

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees.
