My Nymex crude chart does not update. When logging in, historical populates but it does not update from then on. My other exchanges operate fine.

You need to update Sierra Chart to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

The issue has to do with delayed data support in older versions. There are some changes with symbol settings requiring an up-to-date version.
