Unable to use Sierra after renewal

I still have problems with sierra, wont connect to live data, I use CQG for data through AMP, I read that I need to chane the service package to 10 Standard? I currently have and paid 3 Standard for 6months, I f I have to change SP, can you please change it? I tried to do it but it says that theres not available credit. Thanks for your help |

You can stay on Service package 3 for now for the next 60 days. We have put your service package to 3. When using CQG, market data has to come from our Denali Data Feed.
