Unable to use Sierra after renewal

I still have problems with sierra, wont connect to live data, I use CQG for data through AMP, I read that I need to chane the service package to 10 Standard? I currently have and paid 3 Standard for 6months, I f I have to change SP, can you please change it? I tried to do it but it says that theres not available credit.

You can stay on Service package 3 for now for the next 60 days. We have put your service package to 3.

When using CQG, market data has to come from our Denali Data Feed. So you need to complete the agreements, and activate the exchanges you need from here:
