Hello,
I paid the all the fees and My charts are still delayed. I tried logging into teton data per the instructions but it's saying a trade account hasn't been assigned

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We see that you have the following exchanges activated:
- CME non-professional top-of-book
- CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts

You do not need both of these, just one. If you do not need Market Depth, then keep the top-of-book option, otherwise keep the one with the Market Depth.

Be sure to deactivate the exchange you do not need before the first of next month so you do not get charged for the data you do not need.

so to confirm, the market depth option already has top of book?

in regards to deactivating the exchange, which exchange is that ?

Yes, the exchanges with Market Depth include the Top-of-Book. So you do not need both.

You need to deactivate whichever one you do not need. If you need Market Depth, then deactivate the "CME non-professional top-of-book" and vice versa.
