Second time this is happening when I open sierra charts. First time fixed itself without doing anything but now doing it again. It just keeps trying to connect. Can I get some help?

rithmic has problems in general today. Cant download the r trader. Cant connect to any software.no wonder sierra guys are sick of it...can understand.
