I have this message on my account (Also showing as "System Notification Message" when I open Sierra):

I followed the instructions about reactivation and added money 2 days ago (as shown below) and renewed but still have the above messages. What is wrong?

The message will eventually go away on its own (on July 11, 2022), but if you want to get rid of it right away, you need to go to your Sierra Chart Account Control Panel and you will see that message at the top and a button that states "Hide" at the end of the message. Select the button to turn off that notification.

To access your Account Control Panel, select Help >> Account Control Panel from within your Sierra Chart software.
