I am getting an error of "Service package unavailable or account not in service." Contacted FCM, everything checks out; was redirected to 'you' to see if you guys had a word on it.
Thank you in advance.

We made a change about a month ago where you need to be on Package 10 or higher in order to have any external connectivity from Sierra Chart. Since you are connecting to CQG, this applies to you.

We have taken care of this for your account for the next 60 days by giving you an evaluation of Package 12. Just keep in mind that you will still need to change to Package 10 or higher before the 60 days ends.

For more information on this, refer to the following:

We also made a change that with version 2394 and higher we are no longer allowing data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here:

Thank you very much. I have another question. I am currently running sierra on a SATA SSD. Looking into buying a NVME SSD dedicated to Sierra. Though, I do not want to lose my chartbooks / instances. How could I transfer Sierra over to the new drive?
Thank you in advance.
