Hand tool and chart value tool

Is there a way to make the chart value tool just active all the time so that when I'm using the hand tool I still get to see the lines drawn by the chart value tool? The chart value tool makes placing orders on the DOM a lot easier, I feel like I'm really just eye balling it otherwise but then I have to switch back to the hand tool again to move the chart around. I'm not sure if there's already a setting for this or not but I don't see why there can't just be a crosshair active all the time

If you want the crosshairs available all the time, without having to click first to make them appear and click again to disappear, then set the following options under Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values: - Always On When Chart Values Tool Selected: Yes - Action when Other Tools Selected: Always On When Using Other Tools. The only time the crosshairs will not appear is when you have the Pointer selected as the active tool.
