My trial account has just expired , but as yet I havent worked out/been able to connect my account with Gain Capital to the Sierra platform. In order for me to activate the Sierra account I need to make the connection. Would appreciate it if you could send me the instructions to do this or direct me to where the instructions are on your website. Thanks |

Although you can still make the connection, we no longer offer any support for Gain Capital connectivity. To help you get started though - you will want to select Gain Capital/OEC in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service and then select the A button next to that entry to get the rest of the fields that need to be filled out on that page. Since Joining SC I have been connected to my Broker /Gain capital. I saw a notice to down load a new SC version, but can now no longer connect to GAIN . I see in one of the posts that from Nov 1 , I will have to use an older version . How do i get back to that version ? Does it have a number. I am currently subscribed to Servicepack 10 .Can i connect to Gain and use Denali , I have Denali activated. I am currently only getting delayed data. Would appreciate , what I need to do to get back to live data. Thank you Rodney |

You can go back to an older version following the instructions here: Software Download: Software Rollback Procedure Yes you definitely should be using the Denali Data Feed for data. That is going to be an absolute requirement effective November 1. Here are the instructions to complete the set up: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
