I am new to Sierra charts and struggling to get started. I have an account with Phillip Capital and I'm waiting for funds to reach that account.
I would like guidance on how to get the data feed started. I can't find Phillip Capital under the current Selected Service List. I'm paying for package 12, so I'm receiving the denali data feed.

Have you specified to Philip Capital (or vice versa) which order routing service you are going to get setup to use?

Once they have that setup, then you will need to follow the appropriate instructions in this section of the Table of Contents:
Table of Contents | (Supported Data and Trading Services)

Or just let us know what order routing service you are using and we can point you directly to the necessary instructions.

I just got a funded account from (Apex Trader) and I followed every instruction to connect it to Sierra Chart. but this message shows up.
What should I do?

Also, since you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, blank out the fields for "Market Data" and "Historical Data" Username/Password on the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". This can help alleviate the Permission Denied error.

Unfortunately, that is all we know. The error is coming from Rithmic, and they make the software that connects their system to ours. This is something you need to take up with them.
