Hi I am having some issues with my my P&L it's currently showing a negative of 729 points, also when I place any limit order it's always putting my order in at market , I would be happy if someone can reach out to me via telephone so I can rectify these issues.

Check the Trade >> Trade Orders Window and find out what the order type is. Confirm it is actually a Limit order.
